1. The agreement

By using Denzo SEO ("Denzo", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using Denzo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Content you publish

Denzo generates draft pages, schema, and content suggestions. Before publishing to your domain, you are responsible for reviewing accuracy, claims, and compliance with the laws and codes of conduct that apply to your industry (medical disclaimers, legal advertising rules, automotive financing disclosures, etc.). Generated content is your content once published — you own it.

You grant Denzo a limited license to store and process your content to deliver the service. We don't claim ownership of anything you create with Denzo.

5. Third-party services

Denzo integrates with Google, Stripe, Anthropic, Apify, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. When you connect an account (e.g. Google OAuth), the third party's terms apply to that data. Denzo is not responsible for outages, breaking changes, or pricing changes from third parties.

6. Payments and refunds

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. There is no formal SLA on Free or Starter plans. Pro and Agency plans receive best-effort support response within 1 business day.

8. Disclaimers

Denzo provides AI-generated SEO drafts and tools, not guarantees. We don't guarantee:

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denzo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid Denzo in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Billing or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or abuse risk. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless you ask for sooner deletion.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
